Dustin in Cocks In Paradise

Budding performer Dustin Michaels (twitter) died last night in police custody after swallowing a marijuana baggie while being detained by the police. Michaels had appeared on sites such as Naked Kombat, Bound Gods, and Robert Van Damme. Below is a video of him being tackled and tasered as police tried to subdue him and place him in handcuffs.

According to WHJQ, police were called after Michaels skirmished with a female friend.

Just after 2AM Friday deputies responded to a disturbance call at the Executive Inn on front beach road. They say Grande pushed a female friend. A camera crew from Zoo Productions filmed what happened when deputies arrived. When one of the deputies tried to arrest him they say he resisted and stuffed something in his mouth. That’s when at least one of the deputies shot him with a taser. They say he pulled the taser probes out of his body, that’s when deputies noticed he was choking.

Had he been arrested for marijuana possession, he would have faced misdemeanor charges.

Dustin’s real name was Andrew Grande. His father Michael Grande made this comment on WHJQ web site:

I am Andrew Grande’s father. Had the police not tasered him, I believe he would be alive today and would not have choked to death on the bag of pot. Andrew was a good kid and did not have to die; it was all for a TV show. Had someone from the TV crew or the cops helped him as he was begging for help instead of tasing him, my son would be alive today. This is cruel world we live in. Andrew’s distraught father. Please pray for my family!

Michael’s was seemingly a frequent pot smoker judging from videos and photos he posted online.
