Seth Apper

Seth Apper, former West Hollywood porn party staple and one time Bruce Vilanch assistant, was released from jail on January 6, 2010. His release is a ‘custody release’ which means:

‘..someone he knows has accepted responsibility for him. They are responsible for making sure he does not violate the terms of his release and also for making sure he shows up for his court appearance.’

Last September, Apper was arrested for drug possession and placed in Los Angeles Men’s Prison in the downtown area. After being booked, he’s been in front of a judge a few times until his release the other. Many expected Apper to be charged with a felony and sent to state prison.
