Deep Inside Jeremy Bilding
Jeremy Bilding is one of the most handsome newcomers to the adult industry over the past few years. At the end of last year, he took time out of his hectic schedule to answer a few questions for SexyGuysOnly.com.
Interviewer: A few years ago, you were 50 pounds heavier. What sort of exercises and diet changes did you make to lose the weight? (You look awesome!)
Jeremy: I mean, it’s really hard for me to determine just how much I’ve really lost and gained over the past couple years. I know that I was a 38 waist, and about 240-250lbs. I think that at one of my last physicals around that time, my Dr and I had deduced that I was around 28% body fat. I know that I’m a 31 waist now. That’s really the only number I know now, other than my shoe size, my age (sometimes) and my own phone number.
But, in all reality, the only thing that I really changed was my mindset. Yes, I actually started working out. Though at the time that I put on the weight and all I was working at a Boy Scout Camp. My days were not exactly uneventful, nor was I inactive. I just wasn’t AS active. I returned back to Colorado and I started going to the gym. I started running, something that I had never done a day before in my life; and I started lifting. Most of my lift routine is designed off the Body for Life program.
As for my Diet, I cut out Chicken Fingers. That’s it. If you look at me in pics and that I’ve posted, I love food. I make pizza, and no I don’t skimp on the ingredients. But, my mindset eating the food is different. When I eat a bowl of Chicken Tortilla soup, and I think “God, this is so saturated in Sodium, and the rice and tort stips are so going to make me bloated” guess what happens: I get bloated and feel that nasty over-full/ dare I say “Fat”. It’s a bowl of soup! But, I can eat a piece of my home-made Chicago-esque style pizza, and think: “Sweet! I’m getting my grains, and my dairy and proteins. I have some fruits and veggies and a little extra meat for the muscles. This is the full on Food Pyramid.” Guess what happens then? I look bloated and ridiculous. Pizza won… No, I’m totally kidding. I don’t feel “Full” I actually dropped some weight, and I even feel as though I’ve gotten a bit more definition to my muscle tone. True-fuckin-story.
Interviewer: What sort of food do you eat daily? (Breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Jeremy: I’m terrible. I’ll admit it. But, at the same time, this is how my body runs.
Breakfast: a glass of OJ. That’s it. I’m not hungry, I don’t want food, and if I force it down, I feel nasty all day long. Though, occasionally, typically on Sundays, I’ll have waffles, Omelets (I’m a mean Omelet chef)
Lunch: Typically nothing, to a glass of water, or a piece of fruit, maybe a veggie/salad in a tortilla type deal. Sandwiches, burgers, chicken, fish, who knows, depends when I’m hungry, if I’m hungry.
Dinner: whatever I want. May be mac and cheese, or pizza, sushi, chimichangas. I listen to my body. I get the same cravings that everyone does, so if I want something sweet, but filling-ish, and meaty, but not overpowering, maybe teriyaki chicken.
Interviewer: How many hours a day do you exercise? I’m thinking you must work out 3 or 4 hours a day to look so amazing and defined.
Jeremy: It all depends on what you consider working out. Like I said before, it’s all part of the mind. I consider fucking on set to be a damn good cardio. Just as in my personal life. Walking around wherever I’m at all day is the same thing. But, directly, I run about a 10K MWF, which is usually about 55min for me. From stretching to walking to the park, to the run, and back. Tues and Thurs, I’ll swim, my swim is roughly 2 miles, and takes me 1 hour and 23-25 minutes. I do time my set, so my warmup and cool down are the only varying times. My lift, which I now try to do 5 days a week, has me in and out of the gym within 1 hour and 45 min. Total. I don’t want to be there more than 1.5 hours. but, with changing and parking and all of that fun stuff, it happens. I get grumpy if I’m there any longer than that.
Interviewer: You travel constantly, do you any must have items for trips, like an ipod, etc?
Jeremy: My Must items: my iPhone and my sunglasses. I’m simple. I camp a lot, so I’ll bring what I need, and usually bring too much, even though I travel what most would consider light. But, on the plane, I just want to pass out and listen to my music on my iPhone. I have sensitive eyes, so my Oakley’s are always around me.
Interviewer: Does it drive you crazy to constantly be pursued (stared at, hit on, etc) by both sexes on a daily basis?
Jeremy: Nope. I fucking LOVE IT! Yeah, a bit of that is egotistical mixed with a little narcissism, topped off with just a good smile. hahaha, I’m kidding, about everything but the smile and the LOVE IT. The truth is, I usually don’t even notice when someone is hitting on me. Dead serious. Sometimes, when it’s blatantly obvious, i.e. someone saying “you should fuck me right now, or when we get back to my room”, that gets to be a bit much. But, it’s flattering. I’m a shy guy, so getting hit on lets me know that I’m not a total goober.
Interviewer: Do you feel like this year’s It Boy or are you too busy to notice? You’re the second most searched for guy on my blog after Charles Dera, who has been around for five years, while you’re very new.
Jeremy: I wish that I could say that I’m too busy to notice, because then I have an excuse for why I don’t feel that I’m this year’s “It Boy”. I’m still so new to the whole scene, porn, gay, California/LA, etc. that I don’t even know where to look for who’s hot and what’s going on. I try to keep up with it, but it’s really whatever gets blasted on Twitter. I follow any blog that has tagged me on there, cause then I know where to look. I do notice a little more showing up on a straight set, and my scene partner girl, or someone on the production staff also says “hey, you look familiar… oh, I know where now. You’re kind of a big deal”. Again flattering, but when I Google myself (since that’s really all I know where to look) I usually just get a whole lot of websites with my scenes. I don’t get to find a lot of the forums for threads where people are really talking about me. Granted, that may be because I don’t want to particularly hear everything. I do get a lot of feedback on Twitter and through my Facebook, so I’m able to keep up with what people are finding are hot. But, I’ll admit, I am one of those people that wants to see Eye to Eye with everyone. You don’t have to like me, and I know that I’m not going to make everyone happy, but I do want to know what is hot, and what is working. I typically respond to everyone’s questions and comments. I need to stop that. Once I do that, then I’ll probably try to track myself better.
That being said, I have realized, though it’s still really sinking in, that I am nominated and being pursued for different awards and ventures. This is incredibly exciting and invigorating for me. I of course want to win, and really be known as the best/”it boy”, because I do feel that if you’re going to do anything, you should always be going for the gold!
Interviewer: Do you get recognized often on the street? Have you had any problems with stalkers?
Jeremy: I get recognized all the time! Everywhere I go…. just not for porn
I ran a camp for so many years, and have somehow made connections with someone everywhere it seems. But, I know that’s not what you’re asking.
I either don’t get approached when someone recognizes me, or it’s a real brief encounter. Usually at the airport is where people will approach me as a fan. I think it’s because airports make you feel as though you can be anywhere, from anywhere, without ever really having to worry about being called out later on. I mean, if called out your favorite guilty pleasure in your local grocery store, your neighbor could see you, or you friends may be with you next time, and what if that person were to remember you and say something then, and call you out for your porn voyeurism? But, I’m a real person 1st and foremost. I just volunteered to let you watch me doing what we all want to do, if we’re not doing it already.
I did get called out in early December, when I was in Vegas on personal vacation with my friends from Denver. I had gone to the club by myself that night to meet up with another friend, who had already moved on not 2 minutes before I walked in. But, after about an hour, this person came up to me, and had just said, “You’re Jeremy, right?…” Ended up hanging out with them for a while, with their friends and just had a great night at the club. Come say hi, if we’re that scary, what’s supposed to be the anti-intimidator?, visualize us naked. It shouldn’t be that hard.
Interviewer: Are people who knew you when you were heavier surprised at your porn stardom?
Jeremy: It’s kind of a funny situation altogether. People that knew me exclusively when I was heavier, simply cannot comprehend me being how and who I am now. People who have known me my whole life, while they still commend me, aren’t really taken aback by my current stature. I have had highs and lows, just as everyone else has.
Also, in terms of my stardom, I can’t say that it really takes too many people by surprise. In fact, more often than not, I hear “Really? Well, I guess I can’t really say I didn’t see that coming.”
